A user is RDMing and Insulting other users. What do you do?[/b] I bring them to a sit then explain to them that they can’t RDM and explain what that is (if they don’t know), then ask them why they are insulting other users and explain if they continue, they will receive a warn, then I would return them and spectate them to see if they continue. [b]2. A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing / FailRP). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do?[/b] I would tell them to calm down as I handle the situation then I would bring the user in question and ask them if what the person is saying is true if they say yes I would explain that you can’t do that and then give them a verbal warning and apologise to the person that is annoyed and return them both, If the user disagrees I would check logs to see if RDM occurred and check chat logs for anything that is ooc in regular ic chat then I would proceed to warn them if they did it and return them both. [b]3. A Cadet has been complaining and wondering around because he hasn't been trained yet. He seems like he’s here to cause trouble. What do you do? [/b]I advert that the cadet needs training and if no-one says they will train them I would do it myself (If I am a high enough rank) or I would select a SGT+ randomly and force them to train the rogue recruit. If on the other hand he is a minge I would see that he is refusing to be trained in ULX Spectate and then I would proceed to bring them to a sit and if they run I would ulx freeze them after that I would say if you don’t behave you will be punished severely and if he refuses again I would ulx kick him for the reason “Minge, No Intent To RP. Come Back When You Want To RP”.[/color]
